All Groundworks offerings are designed to elevate the overall athleticism, health and fitness level of our members! Our experienced instructors guide students through fun yet challenging classes as students learn to improve their strength, flexibility, confidence and overall skill level.

Ages: Teens / Adults
Sundays at 1:30 - 3pm
This informative and foundational AcroYoga class will surprise yourself as you learn to lift and fly with brand new friends. No yoga or acrobatics experience necessary. All levels welcome!
Ages: 2 - 4
Wednesdays at 3pm
In our 45-minute Mini Movers class, students will learn basic gymnastics skills while moving through fun and engaging obstacle courses. You will see your child working on forward & backward rolls, headstands and body positions that will develop their balance and spatial awareness. This class encourages students to show their personality while building their confidence and independence.
Ages: 4 - 6
Wednesdays at 4pm
Your toddler will have a blast working hard in our 45-minute Tumble Tots class. Coaches will work with students on developing their strength, flexibility and stamina, all while participating in fun and challenging courses. You can expect to see students master their forward and backward rolls, start to kick up to handstands, and develop the focus and mental awareness to work at stations independently. This class will prepare your child to transition into our more advanced Tumbling classes.
