All Groundworks offerings are designed to elevate the overall athleticism, health, and fitness level of our members! Our experienced instructors guide students through fun yet challenging classes as students learn to improve their strength, flexibility, confidence, and overall skill level.

Current Groundworks Classes
PreK Tumblers
Ages: 4 - 6
Your toddler will have a blast working hard in our 45-minute Tumble Tots class. Coaches will work with students on developing their strength, flexibility and stamina, all while participating in fun and challenging courses. You can expect to see students master their forward and backward rolls, start to kick up to handstands, and develop the focus and mental awareness to work at stations independently. This class will prepare your child to transition into our more advanced Tumbling classes.
Kids Bungee
Ages: 8+
Bungee classes for ages 8+ combine strength, cardio, and coordination in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. Students jump, bounce, and fly using specialized bungee cords, learning to move to the beat and work as a team. Instructors focus on timing, body control, and confidence, preparing students for more advanced aerial and fitness programs.
Adults Bungee
Ages: 18+
Our Adult Bungee classes combine resistance training, cardio, and aerial movement into one dynamic, low-impact workout. Students jump, dive, and fly while building strength, endurance, and balance. Proven to boost blood flow, support lymphatic drainage, and promote longevity, Bungee offers a high-energy way to push limits without stressing the joints.
